Hello I’m Monterae,
A licensed massage therapist and passionate advocate for healing through touch. For me massage is more than just physical relief; it’s a powerful tool for emotional well-being, stress relief and reconnection with the body.
As an autistic individual I’ve come to embrace what makes me different as one of my greatest strengths. My attention to detail, deep focus and sensitivity to nuance allow me to tune in to each person’s unique needs. I bring intention and care to every session using a blend of techniques from deep tissue to lymphatic drainage to create a deeply personalized and effective experience.
Helping people feel safe, supported and seen is what sparks joy in my work. Massage is my calling and I’m honored to share that passion with every client who walks through my door.
